Let’s face it:  Real estate can be challenging.  For most folks, buying or selling a home is the single largest transaction they’ll do in a lifetime.  And I won’t lie – I’ve personally had some bad real estate experiences.  My stress level was off the charts, with people pushing stacks of papers and contracts at me to sign that I had no hope of comprehending.

Then I went through a transaction with a great Realtor who was patient and explained everything.   When I understood what was happening, I felt good about my decisions.  I KNEW I was making the right choices and it made all the difference.

I spent many years in corporate marketing, then that very same great Realtor encouraged me to get my real estate license, and I did!  Now I bring this extensive marketing expertise to home sellers and buyers in Colorado.  BUT MOST IMPORTANT:  I bring the memory of how critical it is to make sure you are comfortable with every step of the process, and have confidence in your decisions.  There is never any pressure or obligation.  My goal is to reduce your stress, delight you, and maybe even have some fun along the way while selling your home for top dollar or finding the perfect new house.
